Submission of abstracts
The Association for Immunotherapy of Cancer is pleased to announce its sixth annual meeting including 3 workshop sessions with short talks selected from submitted abstracts. The international symposium will take place on May 15-16 2008, at the Convention Center "Rheingoldhalle", Mainz, Germany. Deadline for submission of abstracts is March 21, 2008. The organizers are now accepting abstract submissions.

The program committee is calling for abstract submissions related to the topics of the scientific session. All accepted abstracts will be presented as posters during the meeting. Selected abstracts will be additionally presented orally.
If your abstract is accepted, you will be provided with a 1 m (width) x 1.5 m (height) bulletin board on which to display graphics and text. The posters will be discussed in guided tours at either poster session I on Thursday, May 15, 2008, or poster session II on Friday, May 16, 2008. Accepted abstracts will be printed in the program book, which will be distributed to all registrants at the meeting.
If your poster is additionally selected for oral presentation, you will be given the opportunity to present the data in workshop session-I, -II or -III on Thursday, May 15, 2008. All speakers will have 10 minutes for presentation and additional 5 minutes for discussion.
A list of all accepted abstracts will be published on the CIMT website April 10th. As you MUST BE a paid registrant of the symposium in order to present your abstract at the meeting, we will reserve one place for each accepted abstract presentation. We recommend early registration to the meeting for additional participants from your group/institution. Submission
Please (1) complete the abstract submission form and (2) send your abstract as an attachment to the following e-mail address: .
Language
All abstracts should be in English. Spelling within anyone abstract should be US English or British English, but not a mixture.
Title
The title should be in bold, sentence case with no full stop at the end.
Authors
Author names should be in regular font, as first name and surname with no full stop. Author names should be separated by a comma. Where authors are from a number of different institutions, the appropriate institution number from the affiliation list should be given as a superscript number immediately after each author's name, e.g.:
Michael Nesheim1, John Samis2, John Walker1, Timothy Fischer3
If the authors are presenting an abstract on behalf of a study group, this information should not be included in the author list, but should appear in an acknowledgements' section.
Affiliations
Affiliations should be in italic, and should include department, institute, town and country. Where there are multiple affiliations, each should be listed as a separate paragraph. Each institute should appear in the order used against the author names (see above paragraph) and show the appropriate superscript number, e.g.:
