Tetramer Workshop

"MHC Multimer Flow Cytometry" - General Information

The workshop MHC Multimer Flow Cytometry will take place on Friday, 16th May from 11:40 and 13:40. Participation in this workshop will be free for all participants of CIMT2008 and will include theoretical aspects as well as the chance to closely follow live cell analysis on a flow cytometer. Aspects that the workshop will mainly focus on will be (1) the influence of Life/Dead cell discrimination and (2) the use of a dump channel on the sensitivity of the MHC multimer staining as well as functional analysis of cell populations parallel to staining with MHC Tetramers. In addition you will hear about the identification of new T cell epitopes. As the workshop will take place parallel to the lunch break we will serve finger food during the session. We are happy that we could win recognized experts in this field for the scheduled presentations.
