Cancer Immunotherapy 2006 meets Strategies for Immune Therapy
Welcoming Address
Dear Colleagues,
we are happy to invite you to the 4th annual symposium of the Association for Immunotherapy of Cancer to be held on May 4 and 5 as joint meeting with "Strategies for Immune Therapy". The newly formed program committee has set up an outstanding scientific program covering various scientific aspects of Immunotherapy.
The meeting will also offer the opportunity to present original work and exchange experience since we offer guided poster sessions. Through our newly established partnership with the journal Cancer Immunology, Immunotherapy (CII) we will be able to publish all accepted abstracts as supplement to this journal. As a special feature of this year, all scientific sessions will be videotaped. This will make the lectures and discussions available for all interested colleagues who can not attend the meeting in person.
In conjunction with our combined meetings we will offer an update on the clinical state-of-the-art of immunotherapy on May 6. This 3rd day of our annual meeting will be organised in cooperation with the European School of Oncology (ESO-d). We look forward to your participation in this exciting meeting and hope to see you in Mainz.
